If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier first, within 5 days of receipt.
While returns are not accepted, we can issue refunds/replacements for damaged items within 15 days of purchase. Please send a photo to lcarter@yourexceptionalevent.com so that we can decide to refund or replace the item.
Shrink-wrapped or sealed product that has been opened and/or removed from original packaging may not be returned, in which case it can be exchanged only for the same product.

Exceptional Events ships within the continental US for the indicated price. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and Canada is offered for an additional fee of $35.
USPS Next day and Express delivery are available for an additional cost.
