If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier first, within 5 days of receipt.
While returns are not accepted, we can issue refunds/replacements for damaged items within 15 days of purchase. Please send a photo to lcarter@yourexceptionalevent.com so that we can decide to refund or replace the item.
Shrink-wrapped or sealed product that has been opened and/or removed from original packaging may not be returned, in which case it can be exchanged only for the same product.
