If you are not happy with your gift basket, please call us at 706-955-3505 to share your experience.

If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier first, within 5 days of receipt.

While returns are not accepted, we can issue refunds/replacements for damaged items within 15 days of purchase. Please send a photo to lcarter@yourexceptionalevent.com so that we can decide to refund or replace the item.

Shrink-wrapped or sealed product that has been opened and/or removed from original packaging may not be returned, in which case it can be exchanged only for the same product.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. *

Exceptional Events ships within the continental US for the indicated price. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and Canada is offered for an additional fee of $20. 

USPS Next day and Express delivery are available for an additional cost.

*Customized/Personalized baskets ship within one week.
